My Lovely Taiwan Home, Here There Hostel

The best memories from travel always comes from people. Worst memories too.

It is not about how big is the shower room or how comfortable your bed is.

Actually, those aspects does not affect your memory at all. Terribly small shower room?

Too hot or cold room? Those are the memories which will vanish from your mind in a few seconds after you check out.

 

I stayed in this hostel for a month. So I can confidently say that I know this place.

During my 6 weeks of Taiwan travel, this place was my home. Home. In my own

definition, home is a place where I feel comfort. I have my best friends here.

I don’t want to call them Manager or Staff.

My friends. Helpful and Kind, ones who I can rely on.

 

When I had to work until late, I used to go out for night snack with them.

They let me know a lot about local taiwanese foods. Helped me a lot with my project too.

I always got more than I can give back, however, they never blamed me about it.

Yes, I did my best to share my warm hearts to them too.

 

Need an info about the facilities too? Yes of course the rooms are prepared

with a nice "Hotel-Style” bed and big, clean shower room. Even dorms are the same.

All beds are divided by partitions. Although it is a bunk bed, you will fell like staying in a small private room.

 

Concept colour is yellow and Black. The floor and walls are painted in yellow.

Even the lockers are painted in fancy yellow colour. It looks bright and delightful

under bright light and glows elegantly under dim light.

 

Dorm rooms are numbered in alphabetical orders. From A through J.

Name for Ensuite rooms are Here and There. In Ximen Station branch,

there are Total 10 Dorm rooms, 3 Double Ensuite and one Family Room.

4 Mixed dorm and 3 Female Dorms in Taipei Main Station Branch.

All two Branches are both well connected to public transports.

 

Airport bus takes you right to Taipei Main Station. The bus stop is

only a few blocks away from Main Station branch. And also, Ximen branch

is only one Metro station away from the Main Station which will take less than

10 minutes to reach.

 

Want to walk? Close enough. It takes 15 minutes on foot. MRT(metro) Station

is only few steps away, and both are close to Train Station, which gives you

easy access to other cities. And those two areas are THE "Down Town” of Taipei City.

 

Without a single doubt, I will stay in this hostel again.

Not because of other aspects, but because of my happy memory

and my friends in this Hostel.
